Oscar is an Electrical Engineer from Philippines, migrated to Canada in 1989. He was able to work with the biggest maintenance service provider in Winnipeg. He worked as a technician servicing motors, generators, motor controls and drives (VFD/VSD). After a couple of years with the company, the company branched out on welders and plasma equipment repair. He was one of the people that started repairs and maintenance of plasma and welder. His previous knowledge and experienced was complemented with factory training with Miller, Lincoln, Hypertherm, ESAB, Panasonic, Hobart and Exide technologies wherein he was accredited as a certified technician.
In 2006, he moved to another company that specialized more on welder and plasma repair. He was send to trained on more advance welding technologies and plasma table set-up. He became supervisor in-charge of service and training of personnel.
In 2011, he joined Rising Sun Electric Inc. With his knowledge and experienced, Rising Sun can provide quality repair, quick turn around and low priced services.

Renante is a Mechanical Engineer and Licensed Electrician from Philippines, migrated to Canada in 2007. He was able to work with biggest maintenance service provider in Winnipeg. He worked as a technician servicing welders, generators, motors and controls. He was factory trained technician for Generac Generator, Miller and Lincoln Welder. He took Industrial Maintenance Electrician Course at Red River College and passed his Journeyman Industrial Electrician licensure exam.
In 2011, he started Rising Sun Electric Inc. He got accreditation for all brands of welder to be authorized warranty repair shop. Rising Sun Electric provide technical support to Acklands-Grainger, Praxair, Air Liquide and Linde in Winnipeg and surrounding areas.
